Welcome to Guangzhou Silicone Pro Co., Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, tooling development, and manufacturing services for custom
silicone rubber components. By confirming an order or approving a quotation, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. Quotations and Validity

All quotations are based on current raw material costs (LSR/HCR/Platinum silicone), tooling complexity, and production requirements.

• Quotations are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
• Any change in design, tolerance, material, or volume may result in re-evaluation of pricing.
• Final pricing is confirmed only after technical drawing review (DFM approval).

• Tooling is custom-built based on client-approved drawings.
• The client bears the full cost of tooling development.
• The physical mold is stored and maintained at our facility to ensure production stability and quality control.
• Mold maintenance is provided for normal production lifespan (based on shot life and material compatibility).
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, molds are not released from our facility.

Silicone rubber is an elastic and thermally sensitive material. Minor variations are inherent in the molding process.

• Standard tolerance: ISO 3302-1 Class M2 (or as specified in drawings)
• Shrinkage, compression set, and elasticity behavior may vary depending on formulation and geometry.
• Color deviation within industry-standard ΔE tolerance range is considered acceptable.
• Critical dimensions must be clearly marked as “CTQ (Critical to Quality)” on technical drawings.

4. Sample Approval and Mass Production

• Pre-production samples (T1/T2 samples) must be approved in writing before mass production begins.
• Approval confirms acceptance of geometry, material, and functional performance.
• Any modifications after approval may require new tooling adjustments and additional cost.

• Goods must be inspected within 15 calendar days of receipt.
• Claims must include batch number, photos, and defect description.
• Our liability is strictly limited to replacement of defective parts or refund of affected batch value.
• We are not responsible for downstream assembly issues unless agreed as a system-level project.

• The client guarantees that all submitted designs and specifications do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• We do not assume responsibility for patent, trademark, or design violations originating from client-supplied data.
• The client agrees to indemnify [Your Company Name] against all related claims or legal disputes.

• Standard terms: 50% deposit for tooling + 50% before shipment (or per Proforma Invoice).
• Tooling fees are non-refundable once production begins.
• Orders will not proceed until deposit and final technical confirmation are received.

Lead time starts after:

• Deposit confirmation
• Final drawing approval
• Sample approval (if applicable)

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs clearance
• Logistics carriers
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, material shortages, etc.)

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government restrictions, raw material shortages, or global supply chain disruptions.
